Group Therapy
I facilitate a Virtual Infertility Process Group for individuals actively navigating the journey of trying to have children. This includes those coping with recent losses such as miscarriage or stillbirth, undergoing fertility treatments, or those exploring different paths to conception and parenthood, while still holding the hope of building a family.
The group is designed as a supportive, compassionate space for those who want to process the many emotions that accompany infertility. These often include not only grief and sadness, but also shifts in identity, changes in relationships, and the strain of living with uncertainty. Many people join because they feel isolated, misunderstood, or overwhelmed by the challenges of this stage of life. Together, members connect with others who understand, explore the ups and downs of treatment and loss, and find comfort in knowing they are not alone.
At the start, we will meet individually so I can learn about your history and your goals for group therapy. After this consultation session, you will join the closed group for an 8-week cycle conducted virtually. The group meets on Wednesdays at 12:00 p.m. (EST) for one hour. In the group, participation looks different for everyone — some people speak often, others prefer to listen more. All ways of being present are welcome.
If you would like to schedule a free 15-minute consultation, do not hesitate to contact me or make an appointment.
